the-block-diagram-on-the-top-figure-shows-the-open-loop-transfer-function-g-5-the-plot-in-t-pa216

The block diagram on the top figure shows the open loop transfer function \( G(5) \). The plot in the second figure, shows the time graph for the output o(t) of \( G(s) \) when the input is a unit step (i.e when \( R(s)=\frac{1}{s} \) ). The horizontal axis of the plot represents time (in seconds). The vertical axis of the plot represents the amplitude values of the output c(t) (in Volts). You will notice that the vertical axis does not show the values of the amplitude scale. However, you can get information on the vertical scalo, by considering the value of the parameter " \( y 1^{7} \) ". which corresponds to the first major tick of the vertical scale. For your problem he value of " \( y 1 \) " is: \( y 1=0.25 \) QUESTION: Using the information provided, find the value of the numerator " \( k \) " in \( G(s) \).

C(s)=R(s)×G(s) C(s)=1s×ks+a, C(s)=kas+?kas+a------Suing Partial fraction expansion, C(s)=ka[1s?1s+a], taking inverse laplace
